We stayed for 4 nights and the apartment is much bigger than it looks in the photos. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent — very central and right in front of the gondola, which makes everything incredibly easy. Vasil, the owner, is absolutely impeccable — extremely welcoming and helpful. He gave us great restaurant recommendations and, to make the experience even better, he is also the owner of a ski rental shop and ski school. We rented our equipment and took ski lessons directly with him, and everything was perfect and very well organised. To top it all off, he kindly allowed us to stay in the apartment until 4 pm, as the next booking was only two days later and our airport transfer was scheduled for the afternoon. This made a huge difference and showed real care and flexibility. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend both the apartment and the COOL ski school. It’s the perfect combo! We will definitely be back next year.

Excellent location with private parking. As close to the Gondola as you can get. Clean, warm and spacious apartment. Very friendly host.

The view from the Apartment is the best what i have be seen so far in 10 years visiting Bansko, we was not missing anything,there was everything there,even the Owners bring us a complete new Heater for the Bathroom 1 hours after we called them,speacial thanks to Vasko and Svetla who was always reachable for us :)
