Apartment much better than a single hotel room, especially when sharing with others. Perfect location for the Gondola lift. Best accomodation we have had in bansko

Very spaceous flats, daily cleaning, coffee available, stocked with dishes for cooking. Close to gondola. Arranged pick uo and drop off to airport which was good.

We stayed here for 6 days in february. The only good things were the location of the hotel and the fact that we had a washing machine in our room, helpful when skiing. The biggest issue was that our room had only one bathroom with a small boiler, we had to wait around 3 hours for all 4 people to shower. When we asked them about this all they said was “you have to wait” :|. The breakfast wasn’t very good and with very few options, the sauna looked apocalyptical and the pool was closed because of the fire prior to our arrival. The entire hotel smelled like smoke. The ski room was in a weird basement, didn’t look like it was ever locked. I think there are way better hotels than this one, we would not stay here again.
