The ‘village’ is well kept and tidy, with fresh paint on all the buildings and newly planted landscaping. We enjoyed all the activities- fishing in the pond, pool/hot tub, mini golf, fire pit, etc. Our unit was comfortable and clean, and the bathrooms and kitchen were well-stocked. The practical and thoughtful details - screens on the sliding doors, extra towels and washcloths, bedroom fans, bedside charging stations, kitchen items like a mini salt/pepper and coffee to brew, hooks where you need them, etc - exceeded our expectations.

The house was wonderful, spacious, with all the amenities. 5 minutes from Sugar Mountain and 20 minutes from Beech Mountain. We were with a child and felt at home. The only inconvenience is a fixed shower head, it is not convenient to wash a child. But this is a feature of almost all American hotels. There is a grocery store nearby.

It was a beautiful area to stay at. The bed was very comfortable and the resort was beautiful. We got to make custom ornaments because the facility has activities planned daily. The room included a fire place and a couples tub. Excellent choice.
