The staff were amazing, friendly & accommodating when I asked for an upgrade. The beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning actually worked unlike some 4* hotels! Large enough room for everything. Very quiet despite a pub underneath. Yummy breakfast on the cheap next door. Walking distance to supermarket and pharmacy.

The family room was very spacious. It’s got really big windows so love the natural light coming through. It was clean and it’s got all necessities you need (iron, ironing board, coffee, water, kettle, etc). We were offered complimentary drinks from their bar which was a good bonus.
