This cottage is the right place for anyone who wants privacy and complete peace in a beautiful natural environment. The location is excellent - the cottage is located in a quiet place, surrounded by nature and away from the city noise, but at the same time close to all necessary amenities. Although the pool is not in operation during this period, the cottage offers fantastic wellness facilities! The spacious jacuzzi and sauna provided us with excellent rest and relaxation. The interior of this place is decorated in a traditional style, with lots of details. A large glazed terrace with beautiful views of the mountain, river and city. Two beautiful bedrooms provide maximum comfort, perfect for relaxing after a wellness experience. Everything is spotlessly clean. The yard is also spacious and private with a volleyball court Perfection in every sense😊

The house consists of two bedrooms (double bed / bunk bed + fold-out bed), bathroom (washing machine, shower), kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, oven, plates), very large dining/party room with two huge tables for maybe even 30 people. There is a large fridge, party speaker and air conditioning. There is also garage for one car. In the second building there is grill and a large table. Everything is very clean and well-kept. The swimming pool (~10m x 4m and 1.4m deep) has professional water filtering system - the water was very clean and warm throughout our stay. There is a shower by the pool, sun loungers and garden chairs. The whole is located on a large plot ~1000m2 on which there is also a swing, trampoline, net for volleyball. Lots of space and privacy. A steep asphalt road leads to the house from the main road, ~300-400 m long; but any car can easily drive on it. The house is one of the last on the hill before the forest, The road next to the house is used by maybe max. 3 cars per day. It is very quiet and private. The view of the city below is fantastic - both day and night. The sunsets are just wonderful! You can swim and enjoy this panorama view. On the other side of the plot there is a forest and fruit orchards, but there are no annoying insects. If in the afternoon mosquitoes appeared, the repellents worked on them. Also, there are mosquito nets in all the windows that do their job very well. The front of the house with the pool faces south, the sun is there basically all day. There is an awning by the pool under which you can hide in the shade. On the main road down (4 minutes walk down, 8 minutes up ;) ) there is a very well-stocked shop with very friendly service. The host is one of the most wonderful hosts we have ever met. Very friendly, helpful in every situation, took care of us all the time - and at the same time he was very respectful of our privacy.
