The hotel covers a very large area and the villas are well spaced out and not too close to each other. Inside the villa is modern and bright with nice furniture, we stayed in a 1 bedroom villa and the layout was great. Transport around the site is by buggy and we hardly had to wait every time we need picking up. Breakfast had a great choice of Thai and western food.

The hotel has a reception line with steps where you put your feet. Feels a bit like passing through immigration at airport. It's all very official and distinctly lacking in reception. The swimming pool is great but they like to harass their customers into buying the correct attire, but only when it suits them. This night was the night we extended our stay and the night before I checked they knew and what a surprise they knew and had us scheduled to move rooms. Basically the reception is awful but get past that pain point and it's a nice hotel.
