What really stood out was the customer service. Every single member of staff was friendly, helpful and genuinely couldn’t do enough for us. Nothing was ever too much trouble, big or small, and everything was done with a smile. A big shout-out to Ayush, Sukhbir and Bhupinder who went above and beyond for us throughout the stay. They were just brilliant, so attentive, kind and made us feel really well looked after.

Nice bathroom, good shower with good water pressure and temperature. Staff very friendly, polite and helpful. Good location, nice view. Good cleanliness.

View was lovely and location was perfect. We were looking over the pier and near a good pub with fish and chips! Seemed like the nicest part of Bangor.
