Had a problem with being given a room with a connecting door to another room and absolutely no sound proofing between the two rooms but the staff resolved the problem efficiently and politely. All the staff were great 👍

All good. Location was great - loads of restaurants & bars nearby, very close to BTS, staff were lovely, pool very good, good adequate, breakfast buffet really nice.
