While staying at The Quarter I left my phone in a Grab Taxi. I mentioned this to the staff on duty when I got back to the hotel and they went out of their way to help me get it back. And I did, thanks solely to the effort of the Manager on Duty, Khun Arm. He spent over 30 minutes on hold to Grab until he was finally able to speak to someone.

Gym and swimming pool was good addition to the stay. Located near to Lumphini park which was great. 7 eleven nearby too. Great variety of breakfast.

I loved everything about this place! The rooms are stunning, perfectly clean. The staff are accommodating. Nice gym and pool area. Buffet breakfast was awesome!

The staff were really friendly and polite. It’s a great location and felt very safe as a solo traveller. There’s a great cafe combined for food and work purposes. The whole place felt very calm and well managed. Very good value for money and i’d definitely stay again.
