Hotel was amazing. Clean, modern and very well equipped. The staff are exceptional and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The breakfast was fantastic.

The environment was very family-friendly. There were activities for my kids. The other guests were also family/ pet personnel. That's why it gave a family-friendly vibe. I loved it. Also good for (cigarette) smoker. You can just smoke in the balcony (only limited to smoking rooms).

The staff was amicable and resourceful, also there is 24/7 security. There are various facilities which are easy to access, like a gym, pool, and meeting rooms. Moreover, there is a restaurant and massage centre for your comfort, I had a very pleasant stay at Somerset!
