Please note that guests booking 5-9 rooms will be charged a 10% deposit at the time of booking. Guests booking 10 rooms or more will be charged a 20% deposit at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.Guests are required to present a photo identification and the same credit card used to guarantee the booking when checking in at the hotel. The name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name. If the guest fails to provide the credit card, the hotel shall have the right to request for an alternative payment method.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Extremly nice people. Good Hotel. Great location, next to sopping mall. Depends on traffic, but 20' to the Grand Palace, Chinatown or Golden Mountain

All the staff were sooner polite and friendly. The breakfast was exceptional. The other restaurants were equally good with the high standards one would expect from such a hotel. In the heart of BKK and the BTS station is literally 2 minutes away. Rooftop bar was beautiful and great views. Rooms are large and very clean with high quality bedding.
