The atmosphere was simply devine. I was allowed to check in early. The staff for the most part was pleasant.

I like how close the hotel is to Asok train station as well as Terminal 21 mall. It's easy to get around with train rather than car due to Bangkok traffic. Therefore the location of the hotel is very convenient, the train station is directly connected to the hotel via pedestrian bridge. The hotel staffs are very kind and friendly, they are also very helpful in helping us when we ask questions. I expect nothing less of Thai hospitality, kudos to the staffs. The room were big and bed are super comfortable, the bathroom is also spacious. Housekeeping did an immaculate job of cleaning. The food at the hotel are halal and super delicious, I find it worth it that I stayed with the breakfast package. My friend and I even ordered in room dining because the food were good. Gym, jacuzzi, swimming pool, spa are also accessible easily to hotel guest on the 3rd floor. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. I will definitely come again to stay in the future.

The pool area was the highlight for all of us, an oasis in downtown Bangkok, so relaxing…. the staff were incredible, the jazz bar and cocktail menu and of course the breakfast

The location is amazing. Lots of great food and massage places walking distance. The train a 1 min walk away. The pool was relaxing and the food and drinks poolside excellent.
