The hotel is situated not far from the Asok metro and sky train stations. The stations are reachable by foot, but the hotel also provides a quick shuttle that takes you most of the way (drop off before the main traffic lanes, the station is across the road). There are bars and restaurants inside the hotel complex. 7/11 is just across the street (open 24/7). The hotel facilities are good. The room is a good size, with a well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, microwave and cooking plate. There is a dining table, small living room with a sofa and a TV, bedroom with a king size bed, sofa, TV and a work desk. The bathroom has a separate shower corner, bathtub, toilet and a sink. It's clean and spacious. The personnel are nice and polite. The receptionists were kind, understanding and helpful. Rooms are cleaned every day (unless you ask them not to). New bedsheets, towels, bathroom items, bottles with drinking water are provided daily. The breakfast is tasty and nutritious - rice, eggs, vegetables, chicken, pancakes, etc. Every day the breakfast is mostly the same, which makes it easier to plan your breakfast. The restaurant personnel are also very kind and welcoming. I didn't spend much time in the gym or in the swimming pool. All I can say is that the gym looked well-equipped with plenty of machines, weights, treadmills. The swimming area has tanning beds and a nice roof view.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and the room was very big and clean. All the facilities (gym, pool, sauna, etc) were really well kept. We appreciate all the small details and services provided from the hotel.

The Location is perfect, room was very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely come back there if travel to Bangkok again. I totally recommend the Shama Lakeview Asoke Bangkok to everyone who like a good service. Thanks team Shama ♥️
