The fine print
Please note that reception hours are from 08:30-22:00 hrs. Any check-in that is expected to be made after 22:00 hrs, guests have to inform the property at least 1 full day prior to arrival directly via either email or phone.When settling the bill, the property will accept cash only. The full amount of the reservation must be paid when checking in.In order to complete the self-check-in process, guests are required to provide Passport or Thai ID before arrival. If you choose not to provide your Passport or Thai ID before arrival, you may not use the self check-in. Instead, you will have to provide your Passport or Thai ID upon arrival during normal check-in hours.Guests arriving outside check-in hours will receive check-in instructions by email 1 day before arrival date.Upon successful receipt of full payment, guests will be sent instructions regarding key collection.Guests checking in after 10pm are required to collect their key from the lock box at the cabinet in front of the property. Additional instructions will be provided after booking.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

The hostel is perfectly located for connecting to the airport but also to other parts of the city. The staff was very friendly and the place very clean. The bed is very spacious, though the mattress is a bit thin and not the softest but this depends on your preferences I think.

Staff is amazing. Always helpful and friendly. Location is great. Nearby Phaya Thai station. It means you access hostel/airport in very short time. Direct train. No need to change. No need taxi. Only 45 minutes. Rooms are super clean. Both shower and toilet inside rooms. Main area has fridge and nice tables to sit and enjoy time. Wi-fi works properly everywhere. Only negative thing is lack of elevator. Not easy to carry (big) luggages if you stay upstairs. But it is not a huge problem really. Overall my point is 10/10 to Restiny Hostel.
