We stayed at the Pullman King Power on the final night of our two-and-a-half week trip around Thailand, and it truly felt like the perfect send-off. The hotel is grand and spacious, with a sleek, modern aesthetic and warm, attentive service that delivers a proper five-star experience. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a huge variety of fresh, beautifully prepared options. Our room was extremely comfortable, with excellent facilities and a standout bathroom—genuinely some of the best plumbing we’ve ever come across, with abundant hot water and pressure strong enough to blast away a fortnight of travel fatigue. The pool was a peaceful oasis, with just the faintest hum of city life in the background, and the gym and post-checkout facilities made everything feel generously guest-friendly. It was also well located for our needs, just a short taxi ride from the airport and within walking distance of MBK.

Perfect hotel to recover from a long haul flight, big rooms that we could check into early. Lovely outdoor pool and walkable to some shopping centres and more local smaller eateries.

The staff was very polite, and the services were commendable. During our stay, there was an earthquake in Thailand, but the way the Pullman staff managed everything was exceptional. I would like to thank them for their services and for taking care of us.
