From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Every team member was attentive, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, which made us feel truly cared for. The service felt personal and warm, not just professional. This kind of attention made our stay not only enjoyable but memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for exceptional hospitality. Room was made/cleaned every day. They also made an effort to decorate the room for my husband’s and son’s birthday. ☺️

Very attentive staff, great breakfast and huge and comfortable bed. Location is very good, many places around to eat and get a massage. Walking distance from trains, airlink and shopping malls. It was a pleasure staying there.
