Room great size & well appointed Staff fantastic-courteous ,friendly & professional Club lounge Staff Awesome & selections daily fantastic Staff at Check-in & check out efficient ,friendly & knowledgeable overall well located to major highways. River & shopping centres all accessible by taxi nearby Big thanks for use of shower room for 1 hr on day of departure-awesome idea Views were to die for-both Day & Night.

Great hotel amazing views from top. Very disappointed in arrival being asked for nearly £250 in English money for a room deposit this wasn't mentioned at all before arriving. We spoke with staff and sorted it. Cocktails over £65 for 2 but the views were worth it. Nice pool Great breakfast. Clean large rooms with lovely views and balcony. Even though the air-conditioning on balcony very noisy every night . Be nice to have balcony furniture to sit in. Over all lovely hotel.
