Everything was there that could be required. Staff went out of their way to direct us to shops to purchase goods we needed for the rest of our travels.

Very nice and helpful staff (a brother and a sister that work in the hotel helped me to glaring my heavy bag down from my floor since there is no elevator and another employee at my first night in the hotel also helped me to lift my bag to the room), there is a charming cat at the reception, very tasty breakfast, large and cozy room, the fridge and the teapot in the room. It is very easy to get to China town since the hotel is located close to it.

The friendliness and accommodating nature of the staff was the most impressive. I like that I had my own private room entrance and balcony at no extra cost. They also worked hard to allow me to check in early after a long transit. Rooms were comfortable and inviting.
