The staff were very good, and although I paid for an upgrade, the room and the executive lounge were excellent, with staff providing outstanding service. However, my experience with the payment process was very disappointing. The hotel held both my booking payment and an additional deposit without informing me beforehand. This effectively left me responsible for nearly double the reservation cost, even though the full stay had already been paid through Booking.com. I contacted the hotel the next day and was initially told it would take 40 days to return the money they held, which I found completely unacceptable. Only after several emails did they agree to process the refund within 7–14 days. Even this timeframe is unreasonable, as no guest should be burdened with unexpected charges, interest, or lost access to their own funds due to the hotel’s actions. Because of this experience, I will avoid paying hotel bills in advance whenever possible in the future.

The location is excellent—just a short walk from two metro stations, and very close to Nana Street, Arabic restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets. The staff were extremely friendly, and I received a lovely souvenir from housekeeping every day, which truly made my stay special.
