Even through the accommodation seems a bit far out from the city, you can easily get to the main “tourist attractions”. There is a fridge and a microwave and also free water. The free tea or coffee is also very good. The laundry service does its job, however it takes more than 24h till you get it back.

The host was soo kind! She answered to my endless questions pretty fast and with kindness. The location is great, didn’t saw that much tourists around. Also the cleaning service was good 😌 I liked everything about our stay!

We were there early before 10am, and intended to put our bags first, but the front staff allowed us to check-in early. We were so grateful because it was a hot day. The room was clean, spacious, cozy, and comfortable. Electric kettle, AC, hot water, all works fine. Soap and shampoo in big bottles. Microwave, fridge, bottled water, toilet papaer also available at the end of the hallway, which was right next door to us. The balcony was also nice, you can hang your washed clothes (you can use the paid laundry machine on the other end of hallway) and actually enjoy the city view. Big plus, every guest gets a free cold drink everyday (except sunday because the cafe stall is closed). For us, the location was perfect, because it's among local residential area (quiet and the locals were friendly), but only 350M to local market, and furthermore from the market is a boat crossing to the other side of Chao Phraya (costs THB 4). Also, across the market is a bus stop that makes easier to go anywhere around the city. With the boat crossing, Chinatown is very accessible and walkable. Iconsiam is also walkable if you like shopping malls. you can take the bus from across the market to Wat Arun, Big C, and many more places.
