Very nice hotel. Breakfast was amazing. The manager changed and upgraded our room because the premier twin room was too small for our family of four! So kind!

This is the most comfortable stay I've ever had in Bangkok. The location is, no doubt, the best spot. The breakfast buffet with Japanese food in line was a great start to my day. The bed sheets were crisp and clean. Comfy bed. The amenities and the cleanliness in the bathroom are thumbs up. The staff were also attentive and helpful when checking in and out. We had to leave the luggage for 2 nights and back again. And the day we came back, the staff had already put our luggage in the new room. Very thoughtful service. I've never said this to any hotel, but Hotel Nikko is the one we're gonna come back to for sure.

I stayed at Hotel Niko in Bangkok for three days. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and quality. The room was absolutely clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were extremely attentive, friendly, and genuinely hospitable. It was a really pleasant experience overall. I will definitely book this hotel again when I return to Bangkok. I can truly recommend it warmly to anyone looking for a great stay.

Great rooms, modern and comfortable. We asked for an extra bed for our daughter and the other one slept with us in the king bed. Breakfast was very good as well as a very comfortable swimming pool area. Service and staff were great at all levels. Was my wife birthday and they delivered a small cake in our room without us asking anything. They just checked the date when we gave the passports at check in. This shows their attention to the customer. Good location with skytrain just a 5 minutes walk. A lot of restaurants and shops around the hotel.
