Concierge was exceptional. Front desk was friendly and helpful (recommended a nearby local eatery), room was exceptional! The beds were very comfortable, the super long platform that starts from entrance to desk was a really good touch! Perfect for laying out the luggage and packing! Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good too but can get crowded, come earlier!

We’ve been coming to this hotel for the past 10 years, and we always love it. The location is great, the staff are super friendly, and the beds are really comfortable. They always pay attention to the little things — like making sure we had everything we needed for the kids, or remembering what we like to drink at breakfast. They were also very careful with my son’s allergies and clearly explained what was safe for him to eat. It’s those small touches that make such a difference. We’ll definitely be back again!

Nice building, excellent people, very good cleaning and convenient application. Location is good but only if you use bts. Comortable beds and epic window views. Unfortunately top floors are not accessible for taking photos.
