First and foremost, the staff were incredible and really made the experience for us. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful, but special thanks to Lateef and Gia. Their customer service didn’t feel like they were trained well; instead, they were sincerely warm and made us genuinely feel welcome. The hotel is a short walk (covered walkway) to Phayathai station, where you can access the BTS and the airport railway link. The airport railway link is convenient as it connects directly to the Suvarnabhumi Airport. The hotel also links to the Unicorn building, which conveniently houses restaurants, cafes, a convenience store, a florist, and a nail and hair salon. The hotel itself is beautifully designed. The room was thoughtfully designed, and the bed was so comfortable. It literally felt like we were sleeping on a cloud. Thankful to the cleaner who also left a towel shaped like an elephant. Such a cute touch after returning to the room after a long day. The room service meals were surprisingly delicious and better than some of the known tourist spots recommended on YouTube videos.

The hotel was in an extremely convenient location with a direct walkway from the Hotel to the BTS sky train, convenience store and foodie hub. The buffet breakfast was a huge selection of local, eastern and western options all well made and presented. Staff were friendly and welcoming and always keen to assist. We stayed in the Superior Panama rooms which were well maintained and very comfortable with good views across the city.
