- Guests booking 5-9 rooms and guests booking 28 nights or more will be charged a 10% deposit at the time of booking
- Guests booking 10 rooms or more will be charged a 20% deposit at the time of booking

Travelling with a friend and we were to have 3 days in bangkok before splitting ways. He booked the last double room on hotels,com just seconds before me so I had to book a suite to stay in the same hotel. price difference weren't to bad. The suite is the same as a double room, except when you enter there is a kitchen table and a lounge group, and a full size fridge, then another door and it's a standard room with bathroom and two beds. So unless you are going to watch movies on the TV in the lounge or play board games on the kitchen table it's not worth it :) We went on a 2 day excursion, and when returning to Bangkok we were so happy with the hotel we booked it again, 1 day for my friend as he was going to visit friends, 5 days for me as he'd be back in 4 and we'd figure out what to do. I got a room on the 9th floor with a malfunctioning AC, after the first night asked the reception in the morning if they could check it, when I came back in the evening they said maintenance had checked it and it should be working. Still to hot for me that night and I packed my bag, and I hate to argue with receptionists, because they are just doing their jobs, but i were psyching myself up to start an argument with the receptionist to let me change rooms. Came down and luckily it was the same guy in reception as the day before when I complained about the AC and I started with "Hi, good morning, remember I complained about the ac yesterday?" and he was "Yes I remember, maintenance said it was ok, is it still not working? Do you want to change rooms?" Didn't even let me complain :) Then he told the bellboy something and said to me "Please, if you follow him, he can show you some rooms" first room we came to I checked the AC and it was ok, so the bellboy took me to my room and we picked up my stuff and moved it, then back at reception give back the old key cards and get new ones.
