Have been to citadines numerous times , very helpful staff , free tuk tuk , and clean rooms as well as roof pool

The stay was one of the highlights of our Bangkok trip. Although it's a small hotel, it had almost everything that we wanted. The rooms were of decent size and well stocked with all the essentials and some more. Breakfast was sumptuous and the kids looked forward to it every day. Location is very good as Sukhumvit is one of the best places to stay in Bangkok for tourists. The hotel has a round the clock shuttle service till the main road which is very convenient. Would definitely recommend this as a great value for money option for everyone to try out.

We arrived at 7.30am from the airport and we were allowed to check in early. Thank you to the lovely lady on reception! The room was a decent size and clean, with a comfortable bed. Location on Soi 8 was great as many bars and restaurants at the other end, and hotel had a complimentary tuk tuk to get you to the end of the street. Just access to a small swimming pool. Breakfast was offered but we did not have time to see what it was.

Clean, flexible staff, toktok service to and from main street, quite, family oriented, quite area, daily hot and cold drinks free service morning till 6 pm..most rooms have kitchen facilities..
