Everything..I had the studio,and I must say it is actually better than the suite room, walk-in shower, very comfortable bed, kitchenette. Can not beat the location, close to everything and public transport. Best of all very helpful staff.. 100% will ba back

Staff are very friendly, particularly the cleaning staff were cheerful and pleasant. I had a room facing Soi 11, which they warned me about the noise, and provided earplugs (which I didn't use) - it was noisy, but I was also out there as well, so it wasn't really a problem. Despite being a very family-friendly hotel, they are quite aware of and tolerant of the local culture, so that is never a problem.

Very good staff and very friendly, the Thai tea from the coffee machine in the lobby is amazing too!
