The hotel is exceptional with beautiful friendly staff. The room comes with a one off complimentary mini bar, soft drinks only, which is a nice touch. The hotel boat transfers are great and frequent. The dining room for dinner was nice and was well priced. The buffet breakfast was abundant. Whilst at the hotel on the 24th floor, l had a vertigo problem, and the staff were happy to relocate us to a lower floor the next day at no charge for changing rooms after one night which was greatly appreciated.
