This is an exceptional property. The staff were so welcoming and friendly especially after our long journey, the breakfast buffet was outstanding, the pool was big, beautifully kept, always beds available, and towels were always put out for you. The kids loved it! The family rooms were a great size, modern, lovely little treats left every day. Location excellent for shopping. We all just loved this place. We stayed in another 5 star hotel on our return to Bangkok which was such a disappointment in comparison!

Staff super friendly and responsive to our needs. Love that there was a golf cart bringing us to key areas nearby such as malls. Love the room, amenities and the view! Gym was great too! Very caring even til our last day they even gave us treats!
