Very comfortable stay. Convenient location near the BTS that takes you straight to the airport. Bed was comfy and the owner offered us a free lift to the BTS on our way to the airport with all our luggage, very hospitable.

1. It's not Europe or JP :) so they have different standards, but was OK 2. No breakfast, but coffe, tea and snacks for free. 3. Staff very OK 4. Washing maschine and dryer for 50 THB 5. Value for money great 6. In the center of the city, good conection to castel and China town

We stayed 3 nights, the staff was nice and friendly. The room was quite big but old. It is insulated enough, we don't hear outside. Nearby a 7 eleven and about 10-15 minutes from the main station and a mall.
