This is just terrific value overall, steps away from Khao San Road. Noise levels are acceptable. The owners have several ventures on KSR and you can use their other hotel's facilities such as rooftop pool and bar, fitness, lounge, etc. At this price point it's just really good. Great staff!

Staff, location rooms, bed, power sockets and light switches. Yui is the best and Ben night assistant great at 5 am check out as well as new young lady on reception. I’ll be back love using pool at sister hotel.

The room is quite spacious, very clean and all good. Toilet was clean, hot shower was good. Super close to 7-eleven, close to almost everything and near to Khao San road. It wasn’t as noisy as I thought it would be. Staff were super helpful, friendly and kind. Great value for money.

This is a little haven very close to Kohsan Road, so the location is great. There was no breakfast offered and late into the night you can hear some music from the party street (at least from our room) - obviously this is to be expected and was really not an issue for us. It was a bonus to have hot water even in the sink for a proper shave before our journey home. The room had a safe, minibar and a (tiny) balcony .
