2nd time at b.u Hotel reception ladies an gent's very helpful. Guards at front,friendly. Bus laid on from b.u hotel to shopping complex and return,excellent service. Download app for taxi services, very handy.also gives time when taxi will arrive. Main taxi services will cost more

Staff were lovely and hotel was clean and good location. Only stayed for two nights and went out a lot, we used the pool which was nice as well.

Hotel was good value for money. Rooms good size decent clean pool small sauna also. Staff friendly would definitely stay there again.
