Staff are so friendly and attentative. Rooms are beautiful, we were upgraded, which was a lovely gesture. Bed is so, so comfy. Breakfast fabulous. Pool beautiful.

Wonderful stay at the Banyan Tree in January. Our room was gorgeous and we loved the cool Vertigo rooftop bar, Thai restaurant, location and were well looked after by the lovely staff. We had a late flight out so were able to use the pool and spa area up until our departure time which was very helpful. Also booked in for a Muay Thai lesson which was great fun. Highly recommend.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast and views incredible. Rooftop for sunset is a must.

The property itself is stunning. We were fortunate to check in early and were even upgraded to a suite on the 41st floor, which made the stay feel extra special. The staff truly go above and beyond — their attention to detail is exceptional. Thoughtful touches like nightly turndown service and incense in the room made the experience incredibly memorable. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, and the views from the 61st floor are absolutely spectacular.
