Very small hotel in a fantastic location. Enjoyed breakfast on a terrace by the Chao Pharya river opposite Wat Arun. Lots of river view restaurants nearby, 5 mins from Wat Pho, great street food nearby. Also close to flower market and Rajinee Pier for river boats up and down the river. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Air conditioning was excellent. Free WiFi. Staff friendly, helpful advice and always available. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices including Asian or English style. Juices, tea, coffee. Served in the cafe across the lane right next to the river.

Excellent location on the river and helpful staff. Thai breakfast was very tasty and large. Front desk arranged a very nice as well as cheap private vehicle to take us to the airport
