The apartment was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully furnished with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. Each room was tastefully done, and the living area provided a cozy yet elegant space to relax or work. What truly stood out was the 24/7 butler and housekeeping service. The staff was incredibly attentive, courteous, and proactive in ensuring all our needs were met. From daily cleaning to handling special requests, their support added immense value to our stay.

The apartment comes with a butler. Or whatever the correct job title is, no disrespect intended. In my case, Laxmi was on duty. That was slightly unexpected because I had not read the reviews beforehand. I am certainly not used to this and tried to not cause him any trouble. He made breakfast and took care of my laundry like it was the most normal thing in the world. Laxmi was very professional (as far as I am able to judge it) and went about his business efficiently and quietly. As far as I am concerned, the butler is the main feature of the accommodation. For check-in, just walk to the 3rd floor (or take the elevator) and ring the doorbell at C-7(7). If you're just a normal Westerner but want to feel like royalty, this is probably a good place to start. The apartment has 3 bedrooms with ensuite bsthrooms and little balconies, of which you will be renting one. Dining area and living room are common spaces. The kitchen is the butler's domain. The floors of the apartment were so clean, I didn't dare to walk inside with my shoes on. Linen and towels were clean, as was the room in general. If you know how to live with a butler and what kind of tasks you can give him, this is top value for money. If you have no real need for his services, you will probably find something a tad cheaper without one. Don't get me wrong though, it is still great value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at this homestay. The property was clean, well-maintained, and provided a very homely and comfortable environment. The hospitality was warm and welcoming, and the staff were always helpful and courteous. We would definitely recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Looking forward to visiting again!
