The staff at reception desk was very helpful.The staffs at restaurant during breakfast was very courteous and polite, especially would like to mention about Divya and Asif for her exceptional customer service.

The employees are assets to the hotel / company. Logesh, Tukaram and Shantanu are good team leaders. Entire brigade is warm, friendly, courteous, prompt and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

All the services I was receiving were good. Room was spacious, clean and with Internet and aircon, breakfast was also ok. I tried laundry service, very good. Hotel is at the good central location, too. The staff in the reception was excellent, all requests were sorted out quickly. I do not understand low ranking of the hotel because my experience was positive.
