Please note that the name of the guest on booking confirmation must be the same name as the credit card holder. Guest must present the same credit card used to guarantee the booking when checking in / making payment at the hotel.The hotel will collect a new payment if guests did not present their credit card upon check-in.===Please note that for every 1 paying adult, 1 child below 12 year-old eats for free at Lollo and Bernie Menu.===Please note that in case of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge one night's stay as a penalty fee. This does not apply non-refundable reservations and room rates.The hotel collects a security deposit, also known as an accommodation deposit or incidental guarantee, to secure any deferred payments. This allows guests to enjoy hotel services and products, such as dining at restaurants, using the mini-bar, or booking services like limo or room service, with payment deferred until check-out. If a guest skips the check-out process without settling their bill, the hotel can use the deposit, with the guest's consent, to cover any outstanding charges. This deposit is primarily for provisional approval. It is only allowed to smoke outdoors at special arranged smoking areas, not in any rooms or balconies.
Smoking of Cannabis is prohibited in all areas of the hotel, in all rooms or balconies.

The bed.. though it don't look like much it's once of the most.comfortable beds and pillows we have been in.

Location right on Bangtao beach. Microwave and kitchen area for your own use. Shared laundry facilities (at cost) Lots of pools (although main pool was under renovation when we were there)

Extremely friendly staff and very helpful. Beautiful location and even better being on the beach. A quieter location which made it more relaxing.
