Everything from the service to the food was to an amazing standard. The reception was kind enough to upgrade my room too which I was particularly delighted with.

Everything was perfect. The rooms are spacious , clean and extremely comfortable. Loved the pillows and softer bed. The hotel staff were outstanding especially at reception and in the restaurant. Dinner at the hotel was delicious and the view was very special. Staff were very helpful and willing to assist with any requests. The hotel had a handy free shuttle service which was great to transport you to and from the local shopping district.our driver was lovely. It was only a short walk to the beach from the hotel. The location is great and there are local beach front cafes and supermarkets close by. On the day of check out we had an afternoon flight and the staff kindly offered us use of the pool and facilities at no additional charge. I would definitely rebook on any future trip to Phuket.

Swimming pool, spa, facilities (steam room, sauna, ice room), view, food, drinks, staff friendliness was just amazing. Birthday and anniversary room decoration was beautiful. Greeting by staff in the morning was warm and homely.
