Room was cleaned every day and were very comfortable in the room except that the bed was a little on the harder side for me

The Staff very pleasant, except the lady working in the front desk, morning shift she can be a bit rude, her English is basic, she gets frustrated very easily. Need training very bad. I want mention name. I think the owner will know, who she is. I hardly ever make complaints re Staff, but I was very up set with the way i was treated twice. Not right.
