Groups: Bookings of 3 rooms or more will be classed as a group and charged 1 night plus tax deposit A group cancellation policy of 30 days will be applicable. Changes or cancellations will need to be made at least 30 days in advance or the 1 night deposit will be forfeited. There must be a name attached to each room.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Very spacious accommodation with a very useful kitchenette. The staff were friendly. The location was wonderful and we enjoyed our scenic walks into Banff.

We had plenty of room with a separate mezzanine bedroom. Had a problem with the bathroom which they fixed promptly. We were given complimentary bus passes to use for duration of our stay giving us easy access to local attractions.

The kitchen utensils were clean. It was convenient to use the bus. It's very comfortable accommodation for our family to stay in.

The property is in a good place for getting to the various local attractions. The stay included a free pass to the local buses, which was a time and money saver, especially as the bus stop is outside the property.
