The fine print
Groups: Bookings of 3 rooms or more will be classed as a group reservation and charged a 1 night plus tax as a deposit. A group cancellation policy of 30 days prior arrival will be applicable. Changes or cancellations will need to be made at least 30 days in advance or the 1 night deposit will be forfeited. There must be a name attached to each room.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. It was located on the main street and easy to walk down to the shops and restaurants. We paid $10 extra for an upgrade, which included a balcony with a view of the mountains. Yes room 250 did have a small balcony with a view blocked by trees onto a side street. Very comfortable bed and great shower. Pool looked nice and clean, and the sun deck just of it overlooked a small park.
