The fine print
Groups: Bookings of 3 rooms or more will be classed as a group reservation and charged a 1 night plus tax as a deposit. A group cancellation policy of 30 days prior arrival will be applicable. Changes or cancellations will need to be made at least 30 days in advance or the 1 night deposit will be forfeited. There must be a name attached to each room.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Ability to use the hot pools and sauna and laundry service at the main hotel was excellent - this was a great suprise and really made our trip. The views of the mountain from the pools are great! Very friendly staff. Located on the edge of town but only a 20 min walk and was given free bus pass too. Comfortable room with great bed. Free parking.

The room was great, enjoyed meals at the Canoe Hotel, in their Sudden Sally restaurant. Good parking.
