We liked the great location in Banff, the big room too,the access to the pool and the cleaning.

The center is within walking distance, quiet neighborhood. They upgraded our room, we got a bedroom with a spiral staircase. The bed was large and comfortable, the air conditioning worked, good coffee and tea making facilities. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they provided us with useful information and helped us organize a tour for the next day.

We use the hotel for summer vacation, i think it's busy time but they gave us free change Queen size bed room to king size bed room! The room is nice and clean and all the stuff members are great!
