Location was excellent, staff were very helpful and the place was very clean. The room we were in was ok but the bathroom was slightly tired and could be improved.. I would recommend this Hotel to anybody traveling to Banff for a holiday.

Thoughtful inclusions in this lovely accommodation in the centre of Banff. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast decent, location perfect and we enjoyed the complimentary cookies. Would thoroughly recommend.
