Room was great. Staff was friendly. We had a great time at the Easter egg hunt. The pool was nice and quiet.

A very welcoming hotel. Great location for accessing Banff on foot as well as shuttle buses and transit vehicles. Great staff, nice ambiance, restaurant offers warm atmosphere and good selection for breakfast and dinner. The hotel is doing some renovations and this didn’t impact my stay in regards to noise or mess

Quiet hotel - and lovely setting. Great room, huge bed and fab breakfast. Staff were amazing and friendly. Loved our stay for two nights - perfect location.
