Spacious apartment in a great location. We loved the shuttle bus - each night, we took the 7pm bus into town and returned on the 9:25pm which was perfect for an evening meal. The friendly drivers had a “nobody left behind” approach so happily did double trips on each time slot when there were lots of travellers. The pool was nice - maybe in need of a little refresh - with lots of spare towels. There were lots of other sport activities available too - basketball, squash, a gym etc. The WiFi was adequate - yes, it does drop out now and then but we didn’t go to Banff to spend hours on our gadgets!! We didn’t try the restaurant on-site but it looked to be popular. There are vending machines with unexpected but helpful items such as usb adapters, deodorants, toothpaste etc. It would be useful if there was milk to buy too.

basically everything was wht i had expected. mainly only spent time in the unit sleeping :) quite a comfortable bed as well as all other necessities were provided in the bathroom. one member of staff was particularly helpful in recommending places of interest to visit. thanks so much for that!!! enjoyed the indoor and outdoor hotpools as well as the swimming pool. free shuttle to Banff town was greatly appreciated. looking fwd to returning and possibly staying there again.

The 2 suites were spacious to accomodate my party of 6. The resort is beautiful & away from the hustle & bustle of city centre.

Room was spacious, clean, comfortable, bathroom was clean, had plenty of clean towels. Loved how all rooms were located in smaller buildings spread around a large area. Our room was facing the woods, which was great.
