Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.Groups:
Bookings of 3 rooms or more will be classed as a group reservation and charged a 1 night plus tax as a deposit.
A group cancellation policy of 30 days prior arrival will be applicable.
Changes or cancellations will need to be made at least 30 days in advance or the 1 night deposit will be forfeited.

Lovely looking hotel, roaring fireplace in reception area, nice bar area. We didn't try the restaurant but it looked like a nice setting. Breakfast/lunch boxes available on request. Large, comfortable and clean room.

We booked our stay at the Caribou Lodge but unfortunately, the pool was out of order when we arrived, even though we had called ahead to confirm there were no issues. This was disappointing as we have two young kids and had driven eight hours to get there. Luckily, the staff at the Caribou were amazing and quickly arranged new accommodations for us just down the street at The Fox. They even upgraded us from a standard room to a two-room suite, which was incredible! We’re so grateful — what started as a disappointing situation turned into a wonderful experience thanks to the kindness and professionalism of both hotel teams. Thank you to everyone at Caribou Lodge and The Fox for making our visit to Banff so memorable!
