Very clean and well operated hotel. Check in was smooth, most of the staff spoke very understandable English which is helpful if you don’t speak Indonesian. They had given me the choice for a different room, which was good for me. It led to me having some credit for the restaurant in the hotel. Good breakfast options and lovely dinner.

Family room was big and comfortable. Stayed only one night, so it was nice. Would stay again. Also the stuff was nice except the receptionist was very reserved and didn't say goodbay at the end. Maybe he’s had a bad day.
