Easy check-in, clean rooms, good location, good breakfast. Thanks again to the friendly staff member who took our luggage. The luggage didn't arrive on our flight and was delivered by courier.

The breakfast selection semded somewhat sparse compared to times I stayed at the Sword in past years. Breakfast items were not being replenished as quickly as required.

Location is great. Price is fair. Indoor pool is a nice bonus. Staff are friendly.
