Nice hotel in central location. Friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. The bar was offering a deal on drinks and food in the bar, and the food was fairly good. The bed was comfortable and I slept well

The room and food were lovely, and nothing too much trouble for the staff. Very polite. It was a good choice on our way home from the south coast. The weather was not too good, but we did like seeing "the fine lady" and Banbury Cross.

On arrival staff very friendly and helpful. Large spacious room and comfy bed. Good choices for breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable (it would have benefitted from a second chair), and the breakfast was excellent. The location was also convenient, with the hotel's promising menu having to compete with an excellent Thai restaurant over the road (where the food was lovely, but the welcome a bit less warm than is wise for a restaurant).
