I have stayed here in excess of 10 times, but this stay was spoiled by officious reception staff. As a guest I was treated like a criminal inmate. At no time was there less than 4 staff congregated at reception. Previous I have left the hotel with a warm satisfied feeling, this time was glad to leave.
