Good place run by good person. No signs of mold or something like that, firm bed but I liked it, spacious bathroom, water bottles and glass provided. We were given an electric kettle upon our request. Several convenient stores and cafes with cheap food nearby. Washing machine for additional cost at the entrance (but we used a laundry, a lot of them nearby too). Also you can fill your bottle with clean water at the entrance ~1,2 litres for 1 baht

Basic rooms with ensuite bathroom and little outdoor space. Secure property as only those with keys can enter beyond lobby.

The uncle at the reception was friendly and helpful. And it’s walking distance from Rajamangala Stadium so you wouldn’t stuck in traffic after concerts. Bed was comfy and squeaky clean. Tv was super clear with lots of channel options.
